Picking List error in Sales Order

Hi All,
 
I am creating a Sales order and doing picking and do register all for the item. But when clicking on ok i am getting error "Quantity must be positive" and the picking list journal does not get posted.
I checked on on-hand inventory and it is available for the dimensions. Anybody having clue on this.
I am using Ax 2012 R3.

    there are some workarounds suggested below thread, give it a try with UAT Env first then try on Prod
    0 Quantity error after posting picking list
