Hi experts,
Microsoft Dynamics Office Add-in was just deployed but users are still getting the error "Sorry, Office 365 has been configured to prevent individual acquisition of Office Add-ins". Please advise

Although I never seen this error before, this seems to be an office 365 issue. are you able to install other add ins?
Hi, yes I can install Word and Excel add-ins but not the one for Outlook
Did we check this
Please login to your Office 365 portal with Admin account > Settings > Office Store and make sure Let people in your organization go to the Office Store is set to On.

Thanks for your input. I thought it was gonna work but it didn't, it's weird
Is your environment On premises or cloud hosted ?
are you opening in Excel online or in the Excel app? it needs to be in app
Hi Bill,
Its an organizational setting which is preventing you from accessing Office Store. As an organization may wish to prevent the download of new Office add-ins from the Office Store
