Hi,

I am running CIL compile and I am getting the error as specified above. Also the AOS is shutting down itself and the server is becoming unavailable.

Maybe you don't have the recommended RAM for your Server. Can you give us the run down of the servers and the amount of RAM on them.

You can Download the System requirements from link below and verify your systems meet the requirements necessary.

    Hope this helps!

    Thanks Boris for the reply.

Full CIL is definitely taking the entire memory to 99%  and occasionally the CIL Compile stops the AOS Services also.

how should this be solved and what reasons are effecting the CIL Compile so badly?

    Hi Lakshmi,

How much RAM does your AOS and SQL server have? Also, if you monitor your RAM utilization on those servers while running the Full CIL does it spike high like in the 90% zone?

Now when I did CIL compile one more time, i got the below CIL error (out of memory exception)

Will increasing buffer size in server configuration fixes the problem or is there any other way?

if increasing buffer size fixes the problem, what will be the future consequences that may occur and how it has to be taken care?
