Multiple Languages for Products etc

Hi,

We are in the process of completing a new CRM build and have been asked by management to make sure it will be ok in multiple languages.

We already have products set up in English, we can also download the necessary language packs they require.

The real question is......… would we have to create the products again in each language or is there another way?

They are manually filled in text boxes, im unsure whether exporting the customizations would do the trick.

Has anyone else had experience with this?

Thanks in advance.

Once you install the language pack and change the user level settings to use that language pack it will do the required changes.

...And for any (or all of them together) entity that you built (Customize).

you need to Export the translations,

translate them to any of the non default org languages,

and then re-import it back to the CRM.
