Our company is currently utilizing XOI Technologies to capture videos, pictures, service tasks, etc. for our field service work orders. We have integration that populates a deep link/hyperlink to the work order data that will take a customer direct to that work order on their cloud for our work orders. We are curious if Microsoft D365 Field Service has that type of capabilities? We know we can add pictures and videos to the timeline of work orders, but those notes include all our back office communication related to that WO that we wouldn't want customer to receive those.
Thank you
You still need the license and access to Azure AD. It might be easier to create a Self-Service portal and you can control there what you want to show them.
You can apply filters, security, etc.
Hi Thank you.
Our customers do not have access to D365. This has been discussed previously, but its trash in and trash out. If we could limit what the customers sees then that may be an option.
Hi Cindy.
Does your customer have access to the work order in D365?
Usually, the Portal (Power Pages) is the place for customers to get information about the assets and services.
You also use a deep link with the portal.
