Permissions issue from error log

Hi all,

I'm pretty new to understanding Dynamics security roles and am having an issue with a security role that was created before my time.  We are giving some staff access to the system (Read only) yet when they go to search for someone they receive an error (i only snipped what's relevant from the error)

<Message>Principal user (Id=XXXXXX, type=8) is missing prvCreateUserEntityUISettings privilege (Id=XXXXX)</Message>

I took out the ID since I'm not sure if that's sensitive info or not.  My question here is what is PRV (privilege I assume?)

How would this be interpreted? Privelage of Create to the user, entity, UI settings? Any help is super appreciated here.

    in your security role you need this privilege (prv) - side note - type 8 = system user, ID = the unique id for the user performing the action.
