Hi All,

Attached are the error message from SF dashboard, and Orch event viewer.

I've run Configure-PreReqs.ps1 on SSRS node - all passed.

Checked on Orch and SSRS certificate thumbprint - Ok.

Hi,

Can you post a screenshot of the error below? The picture you uploaded in the problem description cannot be loaded here, and the display fails, so you can post a screenshot of the error so that consultants can check your error?

Login to SSRS VM and check the events in AX-ReportPVMSetup, you will find exact error.

What version of SQL is in use here?

Looks like an Access issue with the return of the E_ACCESSDENIED in the event log.

Usual suspects:

1. FRAS, FRPS, FRCO services

2. Database creds

Are these the only warnings the SSRS VM has thrown?

something like that but error is different.

actually i am deploying new dyanimcs 365 finance & operations 10.0.40 on-prem on windows server 2019 with sql server 2019 by following the document at microsoft learn and error showed on Report Server in Application section in fabric cluster:

'System.Hosting' reported Warning for property 'CodePackageActivation:Code:EntryPoint:133734512977291544'.
There was an error during CodePackage activation.Application service has terminated with exit code:2148734499. This application service's logs/dump or debugging it's code package will provide more details. For information about common termination errors, please visit https://aka.ms/service-fabric-termination-errors

Error on SSRS Node in Fabric/Reporing Server:

'ReportingServicesBootstrapper' reported Error for property 'HealthReport'.
Installing the AX SSRS extensions failed. Please check the log file at C:\ProgramData\SF\t19-ssrs\Fabric\work\Applications\ReportingService_App3\log

Hi,

The version on reporting service could be a culprit. Here are few things to check.

Run Test-Config and get no error on BI(SSRS) node

Ensure the svc-ssreport$ has access to the reportbi1 certificate

Do not configure the reportingservices. Only install

As your error log is reporting...

on the SSRS node look for errors in the Event Viewer under Microsoft > Dynamics > AX-ReportPVMSetup and paste them here.
