Is it possible to add a table in workflow mail notification including PO line details for approvers to review?
 
If yes, please advise

    Out of the box, the answer is No. You can however, customize, or purchase an add-on which takes care of that.

    Hi,
     
    No, its not possible. However, I would use Power Automate (PA) in order to achieve the requirement.
    When you create a Workflow, 3 businessevents are being created for this workflow. One of it is of type Work item. The work workitem schema lets you select link to web, last comment and so on in PA, so I would use that one.
     
    In PA you can design an HTML table with all the necessary information. Try it out, if you are stuck somewhere, we ll try to help.

    Like @Adis mentioned, Using Power Automate is a much easier and more efficient way to design notifications with precise and customized content. However, I also came across an older post that demonstrates how to achieve similar notifications using the workflow email templates.
