Tiles / Lists / Links not visible for other users in custom Workspace

We have developed a custom workspace because we want to control it's visiblity with security roles. So a privilege was developed as well to point to the menu item which is linked to the workspace. And that privilege is configured to the role (and published).
When I create and save a new view, and publish it to the role we use for testing, and add that view as a tile to the workspace, it's only visible for my user. Our other user can't see it even though the user has the same role as I have. Same thing with lists and links. Is there something I have forgotten to configure/publish etc?

Any help appreciated!

    Hi all,
This is solved now. You just need to remember couple of things:
    - Make sure you have Saved view administrator role
    - Always publish the views first for the role(s)
    - Then add them to custom workspace as tiles/links/lists
    - Finally publish the workspace view for the role(s)

    There you go, you're welcome!

    Hi Migi,

Can you share in detail what steps you performed to get this error? Are there more details in the Action center as stated in the error message?

Hi, I realized that when I add a tile (from the published view) to the workspace, I can choose the view where to add it and then when I go to Workspace I should still publish that view - but I can't. The following message appears:
And the only element I have there is an already published view. Really strange.

    Hi,
You can refer to this official documentation: Saved views - Finance & Operations | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft LearnViews can be published to users in specific security roles and specific legal entities. Therefore, any user who has a specified role and access to a specified legal entity can access and use that view, even if that user doesn't have permission to personalize. This publish capability lets organizations define corporate, standard views that are optimized for their business. Or you can also refer to this blog: dynamics-tips.com. Which introduces that saved views can be saved individually by each user where the view is only available to each respective user account. That means I can save as many views as I want and no one else will see them. The saved view can also be published to a security role but only users with the “Saved views administrator” or “System administrator” security roles can perform this task. This enables you to standardize the view for anyone with that security role.
    Best regards,
    Kevin

    Hi Migi,

When I read your question, I think you add the tile via the application itself. This is a personalization and is initially only visible to the user who configured it. You can enable a feature to use Saved views for workspaces. When that is enabled, you can save your configuration and distribute it to other users via the form Personalization.
There is also an option to create the tiles as part of a customization in Visual Studio. In that case, each tile, list, and link is managed with a menu item and needs to be added to privileges as well.
