I would like to know how to maintain BOM for textile industry in NAV2013

BOM for textile industry would be in general similar to any other industry. Please refer to Assembly BOMs or Production BOMs:

Your BOM will be actually your finished goods, that may contain of other BOMs or just item cards.

If it is specific product for customer then you can create a finished good in item card and create BOM for that specific Finsihed goods and attached to the Finsihed goods and if any other product is used apart from define bom then you can add those item in prod order component and consume it.
