Hello Gents,

I geeting the below error while exporting any entity data from data management framework.

    Thanks, mapping is fine, it is happening for all data entities either custom or OOB.

    Please give us some context. Did it work before? If so, what has changed? For example, did you upgrade the environment?

    Or is it a newly installed box that has this problem from the beginning?

    It was working previously, it just happen in all environment except production environment, we have updated the licence for all environment and deploy some customization on testing environment, but the customization is not related to any data entity.

    Hi Riaz,

    It seems that connection to DMF database cannot be reached. Can you check validate the connection string on the BYOD side to check if you can access the DB?
