Dynamics Community Forum Thread Details

Hello everyone,

we have installed the Customer Service Community portal (https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2168784) and followed the setup instructions (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-service/community-get-started). We repeated the installation several times, on 2 different tenants, to exclude that it was a problem related to the environment or the tenant.

The result was always the same: the installation was completed without errors, but the new portal seems to be broken: the Community home page throws a jscript error and nothing else:
