Problems configuring the Customer Service Community portal

Hello everyone,

we have installed the Customer Service Community portal (https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2168784) and followed the setup instructions (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-service/community-get-started). We repeated the installation several times, on 2 different tenants, to exclude that it was a problem related to the environment or the tenant.

The result was always the same: the installation was completed without errors, but the new portal seems to be broken: the Community home page throws a jscript error and nothing else:

The package installs 4 solutions:

Community Anchor
Community Flow
Community Portal
Community Base

all of version 9.2.220518.6

Is there anyone who has managed to complete the installation? Any undocumented steps missing?

Hi Davide,

Have you tried to use other browser or privacy mode to open the portal?

And i have installed it as following document,without any errors.
