Mapping Custom Marketing Form Field to Custom Event Registration Field

It would appear that a user is able to map a custom marketing form field to a custom event registration field but when I attempt to map the custom event registration field no fields list in the dropdown.

I've made sure the field is active and also associated the custom field with an event and nothing populates the list. Other marketing event entities have attributes available.

The intent of this field is to allow event registrants to request a certificate of completion post event attendance.
