    Hi Sandeep,

as the problem resides on systems that are not under our control, it's difficult to get hold on log events, but we're going to try. I thought that the problem could be related to a more common problem due to the  differences between windows 8.0, 8.1 an 8.1 Pro.

You said that on 8.1 pro version, everything was OK. What version of Windows 8.1 you use and have a problem?

    Hi Robiie,

You cannot install NAV client on Windows 8.1 standard, you need al least the "pro" version. I think that it's because your machine cannot be added to the Active Directory domain (for Windows Authentication).

If you review the requirements...you will see that for the client at least pro version is required.

    Regards.
