We have 365 customer engagement organization, some users (around 3 users out of 50 users) has a strange issue. Date time parameters doesn't have a date picker and they are displayed as normal text inputs. As you can see in the following screenshots, we tried to login with different user on the same machine and using the same browser and the fields displayed correctly:

Hi...No.. not IE10 but Edge. Both IE10 and IE11 are not supported. So do try on Edge to see if the issue persist.
Though it does sems to be issue with caching though so also try inPrivate browsing.

IE is version 11. But I tried it on my machine, my user account works perfectly, I signed out and then signed in with different user on the same browser the issue is happening?! I tried the same on another user machine who doesn't have this issue, sign out, login with different user with this issue, and it is happening.
So you are suggesting to use IE 10 not IE 11? And all the users are using Windows 10, with IE 11.
Please check the chrome/IE version too. Also are these 3 users are on windows 10?
