This must be my 100th posting in 2 days.
I am trying to set up D365 for my supervisors. I have been digging into the documentation and have a decent baseline understanding of the program, but advanced features are still new to me.
I am trying to set up my Timeline within an Account Form.
My supervisor has asked me to only show one message per thread.
Here is what it looks like now:

Notice how there are three emails that are 'linked' - all part of the same conversation.
My supervisor wants to see ONLY ONE of these 'linked' emails, so that we can click on one email for the whole conversation thread.
My opinion is "can we do that?" I am not sure it is possible.
I will do some digging, but I will 99.9% probably need your help, Community.
