We need to update thousands of Account records weekly with updated account status and start and end dates. Please can someone advise of the way to do this - I understand it can't be done within Dynamics as have tried and failed. But we need to be able to do this easily.
I have researched bulk merge too but that doesn't help when it only merges with empty fields!
We have case related date attached to the original accounts so can't empty and reimport every time otherwise we would lose our statistics.
Can anyone help?
