After starting the windows Server 2012 R2, while it displays to Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to Sign in but on pressing the keys it is not opening the sign page. Please refer the answer as i am having urgent work.

If you are using a Remote Desktop Connection tool (mstsc.exe) that comes with Windows, doing a Control+Alt+Delete will be for your local PC and obviously is not going to be sent to the server.
Microsoft has a free tool called Remote Desktop Connection Manager, download and install that one. It has a feature in the menus under Session > Send keys > Security dialog (Control+Alt+Delete), which should solve your problem.
