Inventory mismatch in Store database & Live database

Hi,

We have NAV 2013 R2 & LS Retail.  One of our Stores database had gone corrupt and was showing Suspect Database indication.  So we restored a database which was two days back at the Stores and Nav got connected.  Due to this, the Inventory is showing mismatch with the Live Database and the Store database.  Please can anyone guide how to update the Inventory to the current status as per Live database inventory.

how do you save the store data?

if you save each store as own company you can use the mentioned export report above to export only 1 company (with application objects and application data) and reimport it at the store location.

to do that you need a new clean database with NO objects at all to import the backup file (file format navdata). you can do that in that in the development environment.

you can do this also using powershell scripts.

if you use responsibility centers, then it is not so easy.

RE: Inventory mismatch in Store database & Live database

    Hi,

Is it possible to extract the data of only that particular Store location from the Live Production database and create a new Store database & mount it locally as a local database.  As the Live database is having all the data pertaining to that store location.

    Please help.

    Thanks.

export & import data using the new file import/export tool.
