How to Include email template in to Customer Statement /Payment Advice to send report via Print Management

Dear Experts,

I need to send customer statement / Payment Advice with email body through Print management.
under default functionality I can send Customer Statement , and its sending report as PDF attachment but without any body content .

appreciate your input or ideas.

Hi,

Please set the email template under Organization administration>Setup>Organization email templates:

docs.microsoft.com/.../configure-email

I am not sure if this can be done by standard functionality but I have achieved same requirement by doing small customization, you can check this blog for more Details.
