New 2011 Installation: Many Window Onload Object doesn't support this property or method errors

We just set up Dynamics CRM 2011 on a new virutal server using a new SQL Server 2008 virtual server. The setup went through fine and we were able to add users from our Active Directory. Outlook client is also working. However, accessing several forms (open an existing Goal, create a new Annoucement, etc.) will give us the following error: Field: window Event: onload Error: Object doesn't support this property or method I Googled and found the URL rewrite repair/re-install that did not fix our problem. I tried IE Developer Tool to debug into INPUT.text.htc. But the code is in one line and I could not look into more. I only know that one action in initActionQueue was causing this error. We are new to Dynamics CRM 2011 and SQL Server 2008. We would try any advice we can get. If nothing new, we have to re-install CRM and hope it will fix the problem :-( Thanks.

    Hi there,

What update rollup do you have applied to the CRM server?

The version is 5.0.9690.1992.  Is there a newer one?

Just did a repair, but did not fix the errors.

Yes, this is Update Rollup 6. Update Rollup 11 just released last week. You can get this from the link below:

    Just installed rollup 11

    CRM2011-Server-KB2739504-ENU-amd64.exe

    and restarted the server.

    My version is 5.0.9690.2835 now.

    Still same errors :-(

I also removed and re-installed URL Rewrite Module 1.1 for II 7 (x64).  Same errors.  If no other suggestion, I will have to remove and re-install everything.

Are there any custom solutions or javascript on these forms?

No.  It is a fresh installation without any customization.  Any suggestion?  Or I am going to redo the installation again uasing SW_DVD5_Dyn_CRM_Svr_2011_English_64Svr32x64Clnt_MLF_X17-35829.

At this point, I would recommend creating a support case, otherwise, you could try the uninstall and reinstall.

We downloaded the latest setup from our Enterprise Agreement site.  Un-installed and re-installed just the Server (no E-Mail Router) and used port 5555 instead of port 80.  It seems to be fine now.

Can E-Mail Router be on the same server?  Using port 80 may be the problem?  Thanks.
