Acceso como administrador

Hola

Tengo asignada la llicenciay tengo asignado el rol de administrador de Dynamics, pero deseo ingresar a la sección de configuraciones avanzadas desde la plataforma para realizar algunas configuraciones pero no me da ese menú 

Me pueden ayudar a saber que nos falta para poder acceder a ese menú

    Hi partner,

    I can understand that you assigned the admin role, but I'm still a bit confused about "but I want to go to the advanced configuration section from the platform to do some configuration, but it doesn't give me that menu", what menu are you referring to, can you Provide screenshots?

    Please screenshot which menu you are missing. ^ ^

    Just make sure: are you using dynamics sales?
