Advanced find not working as expected for Marketing List Manage Members

Our Dynamics 365 CRM customers are facing an issue and would like assistance in resolving it. 
Below are the details of the problem: 
Environment Information: 
Dynamics 365 CRM Version: Dynamics 365 CRM On-premises v9.1.23.10 (Latest)
Browser and Version: Google Chrome Version 120.0.6099.130, Microsoft Edge Version 120.0.2210.91 
Operating System: Windows 10, Windows 11 

Steps To Reproduce: 
1. Login to Dynamics 365 CRM On-premises 
2. In Unified Interface Sales Hub app, navigate to Marketing List 
3. Create new Marketing List. 
4. Navigate to Manage Members -> Add using Advanced Find. This will open pop-up window “Add members using advanced find” 
5. Click on Add -> Add Row, new row gets added and the field textbox just sits and spins continuosly. 
 
Expected Behaviour:
 
It should display the list of fields available in account entity and user should be able to see the results. Actual Behaviour: When you go to add row, the field textbox just sits and spins continuosly. 
 
 
Additional Information: 
- This issue is consistently experienced for account entity. 
- We have logged in with user having System Administrator and Salesperson rights 
- There have been no recent changes or updates to the system or CRM configuration 
- This issue is affecting all customers and CRM users, including the System Administrator. 
- When we choose the account as the targeted entity in the Marketing List and add a row, the following error appears in the browser's Development Tools -> Network Tools -> Response. {/error/:{/code/:/0x80040216/,/message/:/An unexpected error occurred./}}
