SharePoint documents not opening in Edge or Chrome

In Dynamics CRM we have made a button called as "Open Documents" for all sections of CRM stage. But if a user clicks that button sometimes the SharePoint page is opening and sometimes the link is not opening and no action is taking place. We tried in Edge as well as Chrome but the results are same.

We don't know when the link is working when its not.

Can anyone help me out?

Hi Morten,

We have already made the Open Documents tab in the CRM page. The issue is the button is not working sometimes and we don't know when the link is opening and when its not

Does the operating user have access to the SharePoint site?

Yes, the user has the access for the SharePoint site.
