GetUrl behaviour changed (NAV 2018)?

We use GetUrl(CLIENTTYPE::Web) to get Web Client Public link. It's working well until Nav 2017. If we use that function at NAV 2018, it only reply HTTP/HTTPS://webserver:port/navisionwebsite. It is not reply what we defined on Web Client Base Url. Is it GetUrl behaviour changed on NAV 2018?
