How to get all workers contact number details

Hi
We are migrating from ax-2012 to D365 FO in this regard one of our requirements are to get all workers contact details/number which includes email address, phone (primary and personal) using sql query or any other suggestion to get all workers data.

    the global addreess book structure is done by multiple tables.
     
    May be this can help you to identy tables and create your queries
