    Catch weight is used for items with variable sales quantity. Like if you are selling meat, 1 pcs of Lamb shank could be a range of 300g-1kg.

    Dear catch weight items are used in process manufacturing where dual unit of measures are used. Mostly used in food ,chemicals and pharma industries.
