How can we re-assign all workflows that were delegated but not approved yet

Dynamics 365 F&O: how can we reassign all workflows that were delegated.

If User "A" was on leave and delegation rule was on all workflow delegated to User "B".

Now User A is back , so how we can re-assign the all workflows in one go which was delegated to user B but not approved yet.

Hi Khawaja,

As mentioned in my previous reply, the re-assignment is one by one in the standard application. I forgot to mention that in case you need a bulk option, you can consider a customization. Please ensure that the customization will ensure traceability what happened and auditors will approve the solution you implement.

The link you shared is just for user whom worklfows are assigned just he can delegate in bulk.

Requriement is different System Admin wants to delegate the Pending worklfow in bulk to multiple users.

Thank you for reply, the process of identification of pending Users workflow is fine from your blog, but Still if System Admin wants to delegate the bulk worklfows for different user , this solution is not yet available.

Hi,

This is a task that can be done by a system administrator or a person with the role of information technology manager. They need to reassign all workflows one by one. User B can also delegate to user A.
