Hello,

after installing Microsoft Dynamics GP Workspace, I am unable to install anymore apps as I get the following error: "Sorry, something went wrong with adding the app". I removed Microsoft Dynamics GP Workspace and then clicked on "retry" to retry installing "Time-Off Manager" but got the same error.

There was an error during the operation.

Details: Microsoft.Workflow.Client.ActivityValidationException: Workflow XAML failed validation due to the following errors: Cannot create unknown type '{wf://workflow.windows.net/$Activities}LookupSPListItem'. HTTP headers received from the server - ActivityId: 1403f2c4-2525-4a76-ae60-454b16fe33ca. NodeId: . Scope: . Client ActivityId : f5c54641-6c8b-4b31-8017-bd2105902e6b. ---> System.Net.WebException: The remote server returned an error: (400) Bad Request. at Microsoft.Workflow.Common.AsyncResult.
