Hello All,

I have created a Ribbon Button for Acknowledging the Escalation. We have implemented this in the sub grid and in the main form also.

The Ribbon Button was working on sub grid but not on Main form.

The Buttons were implemented by using Java Script Web Resource and HTML to pop up when we click on the button.

Could anyone please help me out what might be the reason for this and how can I fix this issue.

Hi,

Would you describe how you create the buttons and what you mean by "working"?

Does it mean that the button cannot be displayed or that the specific function cannot be implemented?
