Hi,
I have been playing around with a customer service demo environment. I have noticed that when sending an email via quick campaigns, it doesn't show up on the timeline of the contact who has received the email. Is there a way to change this without having to manually create emails through activities?

I tested it, the emails of quick campaigns showed up on the timeline of the contact in my environment.
Here is my test process.
In the Customer Service Hub, select some contacts and create a quick campaign.
Select Email.
Write the email and create.
Wait a few seconds, open the Contact form, we can see the email just created in the timeline.
We need to wait until the email has been sent successfully before we can see it in the timeline of the Contact form, that is, the status of the email is Sent.
