What would be the best way to automatically update a record inside the contact object after they have clicked a Redirect URL link?
I have been able to identify the activity via a dynamic segmentation list, but would also like to map this specific action/in-action to a custom Two-option tick box field on the contact page.

It can be achieved by inserting an on-demand workflow targeting at Contact entity into a customer journey.
It allows to process the contacts which are set as the audience of the customer journey.

How would you go about achieving the same in result but by using the journey builder real-time marketing?
The workflow tile is now only supported in outbound marketing unfortunately.
And it is impossible to be done in real-time marketing.
