Show list of activities of how Lead Score has built up for a specific lead

We have a requirement to show the Show list of activities of how Lead Score has built up for every lead record in lead form or the lead score form.

Right now, we can see a lead’s lead score and grade, but we can’t tell how they accumulated those points. How can we have visibility into what actions comprise a specific lead’s lead score.

I am not able to find any entity where this info is stored.

Is there any way to display the actions or activities that lead to the accumulation Lead Score for a lead.

I have the same question (0)

    Hi Trial QA,

The existing view only shows the accumulated scores without any description of the composition of the scores.

So we can split a lead scoring model:

Next we can see the score for each item on the Contact's Lead Score tab:

    Hi Haig Liu,

    Thanks for replying.

After splitting How can I show the total lead score. Do I need to create a new field to show the total lead score for a specific lead and add the scores to that field (If Yes, How can I achieve that ?). Because we have a requirement to send an email on a particular score or when the Grade is B. So could the splitting mess with the email requirement And also we have to show the lead score on the lead views.

    Regards,

    Trial QA

    Haig Liu Thanks for Replying.

After Splitting the Lead Scoring Model, How do I apply it on the existing leads with lead scores. My current scoring model has different conditions like Email Clicked, Website visited, Email Delivered etc. Will the new scores included all the actions for the lead or will these score only the new actions?

Also, After splitting How can I show the total lead score. Do I need to create a new field to show the total lead score for a specific lead and add the scores to that field (If Yes, How can I achieve that ?). Because we have a requirement to send an email on a particular score or when the Grade is B. Hi Trial QA,

I'm sorry for the misunderstanding I may have caused you by not making it clear.

    The following are my thoughts:

1.I needed to use two actions, so I created three models, the total model and the model created for each action.

We can see the score of each action and the total score in the lead score tab of the Lead.

2.Now I need to send emails to contacts with a specific score,

so I created a segment that I will use later in the customer journey that I use to send emails.

Here I accidentally used duplicate conditions ( lead scoring model), you can change one of them to a grade.

3.Each lead's contacts are entered into this dynamic segmentation after they meet the criteria,

and then emails are sent to them in the newly created customer journey:
