We would like a way to educate our customers on our Product. For instance - if a customer buys a certain product, we would like to enroll them in a training class to train them how to use their new device. Is something like this possible within Dynamics 365 CRM Customer Service Module ? A way to onboard them -when they purchase certain devices?
