How do I use the customer reimbursement journal? I have tried to create a journal name but cannot select this journal type.

I have the reimbursement process configured, but I was curious why there is a separate reimbursement journal in the module. I cannot find how to connect a journal name to it or if there is a separate purpose for it. The reimbursement process is currently not connected to this journal.
Wyman, this has been bothering me since I do not see a 'Customer Reimbursement Journal' as an option in my environments.
Is this a recent feature or a custom feature? I only have an option for Reimbursement in the periodic section.

Type should be "Customer Payment"
I am using version 10.0.30. Since I cannot find any information on this view, I am unsure if it is new. It is not a customization.
The journal I am inquiring about is different. There is a separate journal for customer payments.
Could this be an add on from SK Global?
I don't see this menu option available in my Contoso demo environment on 10.0.32, I assume this feature is added by an ISV add-on.

The customer reimbursement Journal can not be found on both versions .30 and .32 as I just checked. It is a customization. So you should please address it internal with the ISV.
You are correct; this is a feature of SK Global.
