As title says is it at all possible to change from "Lead" to "none(Global)"?

Paul Speakman - its not possible. You might have to create new action.

It is not possible. Even you can not change the category, entity, unique Name.

Hi,

As per my knowledge we can not change Entity name for Custom action once created, We will have to recreate it.
