SharePoint Excel & CRM Field mapping

We use Campaigns in CRM to manage Events. We use Excel to create Quotes. For certain fields in the Excel file I would like to auto populate the fields in Campaign in CRM.

Does the SharePoint & CRM integration extend that far or do I need custom development for that? Things I am thing about populating are times, dates, contacts, in some instances products, ect..

This does not extend that far. You would need custom development. You may be able to export quotes for re-import, modify what you need and reimport the data to populate that field using standard CRM data import.
