Trying to setup a work template that will auto complete SO picking and move the items to a packing station.

I have successfully auto completed the work when I have 1 item on a sales order but when I have multiple items on the sales order the location on the put work does not populate... any ideas?

Hi,

Does this put location or packing station location has the option to allow mixed items and units? Probably you can share some screen shots of your setup.

Hi Andre- thanks for the response. I was able to get it to post using the 'multi sku' check box. To answer your questions i do have allow mixed units selected on the location profile.

Apart from multiple SKU check mark in location directive you need to select allow mixed item to your location profile . You can verify your location profile setup for put location or packing station location.

Hi chr1s220,

You'll often need to have two 'Put' location directives; one with multi-sku un-ticked, and one with it ticked. If your Put is for only one item (e.g. a single line sales order), AX will only use a Location directive which has multi-sku un-ticked. If your Put is for more than one item (e.g. a multi line sales order) AX will only use a Location directive which has multi-sku ticked.

Hi all, does anybody has an idea why I get an error when I try to pick less qty than a pallet for a sales order?. My unit conversions are kg, box and Pallets and if I want to only select 2 boxes mobile device shows an error Quantity xxx cannot be received because inventory transactions with status Registered are insufficient. Thanks!

HI,

I have multiple SKU with different units of measurement for each line. But in work order last line for put it is displaying UOM which is not correct for multiple SKU lines. Please find below screen shot.
