I am a Director of Sales for a mid sized company. We currently have Dynamics but are severely underutilizing it. We are looking to assess Dynamics (and fully integrate) and build out functionality or move to another platform. We would like to use a consultant who has experience to discuss the scope of the product.

Thank you so much for your recommendation. How long did your planning and implementation of CRM last? Were there any lessons learned that you would share about your planning or implementation or CRM selection?
I believe they spent about 6 weeks interviewing employees then there was about 2-3 months of planning that overlapped with 2-3 months of development and testing. We were migrating a portion of our On-Prem Dynamics to the Cloud version, so it was a little different of an implementation than most would experience.
