Sample Payment Connector and documentation.

I am developing a payment connector for AX 2012 - R3 which is a way to integrate third party payment gateways with R3. There is not sample code available with the retail sdk for payment connector. Microsoft ships the sample code with retail sdk of AX7 and detailed document is available as well but they don't with R3 and R2. The Dynamics community suggests that we should open the support ticket with Microsoft.

Please guide me on which support channel to open the ticket? Secondly It would be great help if someone had already requested and can share the sample code of payment connector.

    If you have the correct support plan for your Microsoft Dynamics AX deployment (you could verify this on the VOICE page on Microsoft CustomerSource or PartnerSource), you could open the ticket from an AX 2012 project created on the LifeCycle Services website. There is also a link on the Customer/PartnerSource for opening tickets.

    Since you specifically need to request this document and is not made publicly available probably for PCI compliance reasons, sharing this document is not advised, since Microsoft wants to track it's distribution for a reason.

    Hi,

    It can be done with implementing some of the standard interfaces. Both EPOS/MPOS payment connector can be customised.
