Expense Management - Issues with Per Diem in Travel Requisition

Hi every one.

I need your assistance in expense management module for identifying the reasons of error "Field 'Location' must be filled in." I am encountering this error on selection of Per Diem category.

However on expense report , per diem are automatically calculating

Your kind assistance will be much appreciated.

Hi Yasin,

the "Location" is a mandatory field in case of "per diem" records

If the field is missing you can modify the setup in the form "Expense report fields"

Hi Christoph Thaler.

Its working fine on expense report.

I am having issue in selecting per diem for travel requisitions where i am getting this location field error which iam unable to understand why even after filling the field setup as location in travel location.

Hi Yasin,

Do you have any policies setup for "Per diem"? Can you try removing the policy (in case it exists) and try submitting the expense report?

Hi Gunjan.

The only thing I have done is specifying per diem amounts in USD against specific per diem location.

Other than that, I have not set up any policy for that category,.

Sorry Yasin,

missunderstood your msg because I checked the second screenshot. I´ve checked it in my contoso environment. As you can see there is no error msg.

When I check you first screenshot the field "location" is filled but there is a second field. This field is not editable. Do you have any modification in this form? As you can see in my plain vanilla I do not have this field. Another option might be a policy defined for the travel requisition.
