ClrObject static method invocation error

Hi!

I am getting this error when I am trying to import a file.

What I know about this is that, it is a permission issue.

I already have full control permission on folders that I am using.

What other permission needs to be set?

Thanks!

    If code is running on AOS or in batch job, you have to make sure AOS user also have the nessecary rights to the folder or files. Otherwise, you have to debug to se which specific action throws the exception.

    Is this custom code or out of the box?  Has it worked in the past and is not now?  Where is this import process running?  Server / client?

    If it is custom code you wrote, make sure to give it

    new FileIoPermission(fileName, 'rw').assert();

    Another thing guys. the file importing works fine in the DEV and TEST environments. I am only getting this error when I am trying to run the code in MIRROR.

    I ran into this issue as well an noticed it has nothing to do with permissions folder however the file name in question some how had a return character in the beginning of the file name within AX.  I found this out by copying the file name into ms word and noticed the return character - i removed the character from MS word, copied the name and pasted it back into ax.  This solved our issue
