Hello partners,

Is there a way to pin the toolbar in marketing emails?

As per image below, this tool bar only appears when I double click any text.

Hi,

Unfortunately, this is due to product design. The rich text editor is only displayed when you add a text element to the canvas.

Pin toolbar in marketing email

There isn't a way - this is a contextual menu that appears anytime cursor is in a text content area because it can only be used in that context. Help us understand why you want to pin it/be shown when the focus is not in text element?
