Setup new VSTS for Azure Development environment and Package deployment through VSTS in D365 FO

Hi Everyone,

I want to create new VSTS project and configure Version controlling on one of my Azure DEV VM.

If anyone has proper documentation or reference link, the would you please share with me?

I tried to search many blogs but couldn't find any documents having all steps mentioned in one.

Also my another question is, at present I am creating the Package through D365 option present in Visual studio and then uploading that ZIP file package to LCS.

Is there any way to deploy the package directly through VSTS? If yes can someone share the steps of same?

    Here's a tutorial for setting up an ADO project and connecting your dev system to it: docs.microsoft.com/.../version-control-metadata-navigation

    Deployable packages are always deployed from LCS. But you can automate the process of uploading package (from your build pipeline) to LCS and applying it to a system. This way you can have automated build & deployment to test system.

    First you need to set up a build system: docs.microsoft.com/.../continuous-build-test-automation

    Upload to LCS and deploy: marketplace.visualstudio.com/items
