We are using Dynamics - SL 2015 CU2
When we run the "Generate W2 Electronic File (02.742.00)" with the check box "Include State Records" checked, it does not include the Ohio School District Income Tax as part of the RS39 record.
So the first question is: Should it? and which version of dynamics - sl would support this?
Second Question: Assuming that it is not supported, are there any third party software packages that interface with Dynamics - SL and will correctly generate the W2 Electronic filing data file for the state of Ohio?
And if both answers above are negative, then how do people using Dynamics - SL create this file for submission to their state?
thank you,
eric
I don't know about Ohio, but we have to report Kansas City city income tax separately. SL does NOT do this.
We were refereed to this company by our SL vendor. They cost more to file the taxes than we paid for SL.

I just SQL and have written my own code to fulfill tax reporting requirements. over time it was much cheaper.
