Insufficient rights to execute FTM 2 SalesInvoice

Hello all,

I have build a new role and if the users use "Sales and marketing/Common/Sales orders/All sales orders/Invoice/Generate/Invoice" they receive the message: "Insufficient rights to execute FTM 2 SalesInvoice" after massages that vouchers are copied, vouchers are posted to the journal.

It seems that they can not print the Invoice but some postings in the system are done.

Can someone help me were I can set the correct rights?

Thanks in advance,

Theo Janssen

    Hi Theo,

Are you working with the standard invoicing process or have you implemented some modifications?

Does the problem only occur for users that have the new role assigned?

    Best regards

    Ludwig

    Hi Theo,

Did you add the privilege SalesInvoiceGenerate "Generate customer invoice reprint report" into this custom role?

    Hi André

I have added the privilege and see that this cause an upgrade of the license to Enterprise user due to 2 entry points.

These are EInvoiceCFDISalesController_MX and EInvoiceSalesController_MX. May I disable those entry points from this role?

    Hi Ludwig,

We have some customizations done, but in other roles with Enterprise licenses does it work correctly.

    Hi Theo,

You can create a copy of this privilege and then remove the _MX menu items. They are related to local Mexican features which are probably not required for you.

    Hi André,

Sounds good, I will try your suggestion and give an update.

    Kind regards,

    Hi Theo,

Thanks for your feedback. Can you also mark the answer(s) which helped you? ("Did this answer your question?")

Then the thread will get the status verified which would also help other users with the same question.
