Hello,
Is there any way to capture the information from chat bot if user is using desktop or mobile browser?
Scenario:
We have Protal. User access the protal and thro' chat bot user create Case.
User can use wither desktop or mobile web browser to access protal and create case. Can we capture the source in chat bot? if user is using desktop or Mobile?

You can download up to seven days of bot conversation transcript sessions from the past 30 days directly from the Power Virtual Agents portal.
You can also download and view chat transcripts in the Power Apps portal.
