Cloud Migration Setup error Invoking endpoint failed with HttpStatusCode - 401 : Unauthorized

Hi,
 
I am getting an error I've never seen before while trying to migrate BC OnPrem 23.1 to BC Online 23.5.
I did this migration with these exact OnPrem and Online versions for a different database last month and did not get this error message.
I am using the same SQL connection string I always use (I just edit the database name).
SQL user I use for the connection is sysadmin and db owner.
 
 
Any ideas?

    Make sure that user you are using in your connection string have db owner permission in SQL database.

    Cloud Migration Setup error Invoking endpoint failed with HttpStatusCode - 401 : Unauthorized
    This error can occur in the setup phase and in the migration phase.
    Make sure that the user that is consenting to cloud migration has a Business Central license and has super permissions.
     
    In my case the user that consented to the cloud migration only had internal admin permissions and did not have a Business Central license on the user.
    This seems to be a bug, a user without a Business Central license and super permissions should'nt be able to give consent to cloud migrations.
