We recently upgraded from BC on premise to Dynamics 365 BC cloud. I've been attempting to test a few Power Automate workflows based on the templates. I can successfully trigger flows using 'When a new record is created', so I believe my connections/credentials/environment is fine, but I am not getting very far with journal batch or document approvals: I cannot get them to trigger. There are never any runs and no checks or failed checks.
In BC, I see the two test approval flows listed in 'workflows' with Microsoft Flow as the source. However, when I select one and choose Flow-View, I receive the following message which makes me suspicious: An error occured while trying to access the Flow service. Please try again or contact your system administrator if the error persists. It is also noteworthy that I do not see the other 'When a new record is created' Power Automate flows that are working fine, similar to a different post: https://community.dynamics.com/business/f/dynamics-365-business-central-forum/394292/automated-workflows.
Any suggested troubleshooting steps?
