Service item worksheet "insert travel fee"

When attempting to insert a "Travel Fee" in the Service Item Worksheet I get the following error message;

"Service Zone Code must have a value in Service Header: Document Type=Order, No. 55558. It cannot be zero or empty."

I have tried to change the Service Zone Code on the service order. However, it will not allow me to select the "Service Zones" I have on the list, the field stays blank.

Is there another area that is preventing me from selecting this Service Zone code?

    Hi addision1,

    the service zone code is retrieved from the ship to address code (if specified) or from the customer card. Check and update the customer card or the ship to address card and then try to update again the service order

    Best regards.

    Thank you for your assistance. I did verify that i am in edit mode by returning to the list, right clicking, and selecting "Edit".

    I have tried all of the status codes to see if that would make a difference. This did not work.

    This should not be a customized object, I have not added any customization's.

    I am not sure how to use the debugger, I have SUPER permissions but I do not have development environment set up. Is there a debugger within the client?

    Hi Addision,

    First check if you are in EDIT Mode...

    Also check if the Status code is correct...

    Is the object Customized, then you might would like to see the property of the Field "Service Zone Code".

    Also use the Debugger to test what is throwing the error...
